Exercise:

Regular exercise can help protect you from heart disease and stroke, high blood pressure, noninsulin-dependent diabetes, obesity, back pain, osteoporosis, and can improve your mood and help you to better manage stress.
    1. Do your exercise preferably in the mornings between 6 and 10 o'clock.
    2. Observe the important relaxation and regeneration phase after exercise.
    3. Practise Yoga Asanas regularly.
    4. Regularity is the key to success. A quarter of an hour each day is better than five hours once a week.
    5. After Yoga do Meditation and and Savasan (Savasana also known as Mrtaasana or "Corpse Pose" is an ultimate relaxing pose that is mainly practiced as a concluding asana at any yoga session.).
